"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The beautiful rose garden created a peaceful atmosphere, and my room had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Everything felt warm, comfortable, and home-oriented. “Lovely place, very clean and very nice stay”
Lovely staff who were very accomodating and kind. The hotel was easy to find and easy travel on the water ferries to get to from the train station. Lido was quieter which we preferred, a nice break from the busy main area. Room spacious and clean

One of the best experiences we've had in recent times. The hotel is located on a secluded and quiet island (Lido) in Venice. The facilities are of the highest quality, the bed was comfortable, the towels were excellent, and the room was very spacious. But the service was impeccable from beginning to end. We felt very welcome and will recommend it ;). I would like to especially thank Stela for her hospitality and the surprise at Welcome! <3

“beautiful hotel close to beach, not far from central venice”
beautiful hotel right beside Lido beach. we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and it totally made our trip. the facilities were great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing... delightful place and received a room upgrade! Flight arrived late...accommodated for a late check in (after 11pm). Less than 15 min walk to main boat transport to main Venice attractions. Quiet place to stay and felt safe in the area arriving after dark on first getting into Venice and from touristing all day as a solo female traveller was great! Also pillows were fab! All the staff were lovely...Claudia especially!

Just perfect place when you want to have everything:sea,calm,great food and to be next to Venize,Burano,Murano and airport.We enjoyed our stay.Service here on high level.Claudia and Stella not only pleasant,educated and beautiful women,but great professional managers.Claudia arrange for us nice stay and my husband birthday's morning with breakfast surprise.Stella said goodbye to us very warm,and we want to come back here.Thank You guys!It was amazing! Hotel where you feel like home.
