breakfast was very good indeed. better than our previous stays. sadly the weather was poor for May so we were unable to use the beach. the room was very comfortable and we were pleased to have a balcony and sea view. your concierge service particularly Alessandro is very good indeed. we have had excellent service from Alessandro Amadio over the years

The pool area was well run clean and attentive staff. The launch facilities were first class, staff really helpful and the surroundings were stunning.

Staying on the Lido was great after a busy day in Venice. Free water taxi was also great (though there was an issue with staff not managing guests who did not know how to queue for it). Complimentary Murano & Burano trip organised by the hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. And you can sit in your hotel robe for an aperitivo on the terrace!

Location ….near the beach & a free launch ride to the city . Great contact with General Manager ( Edvado Brito ) who despite size of the property has time for his guests. This is a lovely traditional hotel in a great location , we have stayed several times & keep coming back We took our granddaughter with us this time & she loved it too.

The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and a spirit of generosity. The staff was professional and met the standards of such a hotel. The hotel even upgraded our rooms to a higher class, which was a really nice surprise upon arrival. The breakfast was sufficient and of good quality. The private beach was kept clean and the service in the cabanas was without problems. Marco took care of everything we needed in an exemplary manner.

The hotel is stunning, so original, the history in itself is all part of the experience. The whole hotel is of excellent quality. The breakfast was outstanding, the pool is fabulous for children and families and big enough for guests travelling without children to have their own space.
