It is a wonderfull place with great food and wine - a perfect stop next to the Alpe Adria Trail. And with animals and a pool for the kids. They built something truely unique.

Stopped there for a night on our way to Austria and I wanted to avoid the hectic Udine. Nice location, friendly owners, good breakfast served from 8am. Relatively close to the highway to Villach. The house is really nicely renovated and you can learn something about the local history in this part of Friuli. There is a swimming pool in the venue, a large, free parking lot, nice garden where you can sit, read, eat, drink. A vineyard, donkeys, sheep. A large bathroom, clean. The rooms are spacious, nice, I had a good sleep. Could be better sound proofed, you can hear people passing in the corridor around your room.

I made a mistake in the booking and reserved the room a day earlier than needed. We arrived to find the property closed for the season. The owner was fantastic, gave me a glass of wine and helped me rebook with another local family. Place looked lovely but that was as close as I got to my room!

We really enjoyed our short stay! The property is beautiful and super calm, we were really able to relax and enjoyed our time off at the pool. If you want to do something, there are many things you can do close by such as exploring Udine. Also, we added dinner each night for 20€ per person and it was absolutely delicious and the wine was great too!

Beautiful location, really nice place with lots of animals and fresh food for the dinner. The top is the cleanliness of the room! Service was friendly so I’d recommend for a stay!
