Comfortable, clean apartment for 2, big terrace with flowers and view to the green surronding, private parking. Close to the old city (appx. 15 min walk),shopping possibilities are nearby. Perfect place to discover the area. Very friendly owner.

We really enjoyed everything about this house. The host was super friendly and kind, house was perfect size and very clean. We had safe parking for our motorcycle. Location is perfect, in quiet environment and close enough to get to Nice, Eze and all other attractions in area.

“Friendly host in a modern apartment that is well equipped”
Modern and fully accommodated apartment, perfect for a family as there were bunk beds for the kids and full bed for the grown ups. Air conditioned, parking on site, lovely pool when it got hot. Host was very friendly. Kitchen fully equipment to make a feast.

“Great apartment in Vence”
The apartment has literally everything you need including aircon, pool table, swimming pool and all the kitchen appliances you will need. Patrice was a very helpful host and gave us lots of good restaurant recommendations. My children loved playing with the dog Miko. We will be back!

The area and the buildingwas very quiet. The landlord is very polite and very helpful to resolve any issue. The living room and the kitchen are very spacious. The fridge is very big and spacious. Both the main bedroom and the living room have A/C.
