Very sweet hostess, perfect location with a stunning view overlooking the mountains and the ocean. Easy parking, good distance to all the best places in South of France. “A perfect stopover with exceptional value in a super fair price range.”
We stayed at Julien’s place in Vence for two nights as a stopover on our way to our holiday destination – and it was the perfect choice. The value for money is truly exceptional; it's hard to find anything comparable in this price range. The property is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was generous and delicious, served by the pool with a stunning view. There’s even a small but well-equipped fitness room with a breathtaking panorama – a rare and much-appreciated extra. The pool area is peaceful and inviting, and there are several wooden deck chairs and benches spread across the grounds, ideal for relaxing in the evening or during the day while taking in the beautiful scenery. All in all, a perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended – even more so if you're looking for a relaxing stopover like we were!

We had a really great stay. Julien was a brilliant host. He was helpful before we arrived, sending over useful info on how to find the place and check in. He met us at the door when we got there and even helped carry our bags in, which was a lovely touch. He gave us a warm welcome and was genuinely friendly, with loads of great tips on where to eat, grab drinks, and what to check out nearby. The views from the place were amazing and made having breakfast each morning feel pretty special. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and just what we needed to start the day. Julien even sorted us out with a little breakfast to take with us on our last morning since we were leaving early, which was really kind of him, he really goes above and beyond. The whole place was spotless. The room was a good size with plenty of space for clothes, the bed and pillows were comfy, and the location was peaceful and quiet. The garden and pool area were also really well looked after and a great place to relax. There was also a little gym area which was a nice bonus Would definitely recommend.
