“Uncleaned, no towels, no toilet paper..and bad customer service”
Very very bad! Uncleaned room, no towels and no toilet paper..and a non acceptable compensation offer. When picked up the keys, we entered a uncleared bungalow. So we could not shower before the festival. When arriving again in the middle of the night: they forgot to put towels. So again no shower. But even worse: they did not put any toilet paper!! Tried to reach someone from the reception. But ended up in a call center. Not really helpful make a note: to bring some the next morning when we had to check out. When claiming the case during check out, they could not offer any compensation. But had to talk to the manager first. They finally offered 15Euro. But we paid 155 Euro for a full hotel service in a bungalow for 2 persons. So it’s not only the bad service at the location itself, that totally ruined the festival experience. It is also their very customer unfriendly claiming process afterwards. Since we denied the first offer of only 15 Euro, they did not get back to us, so the case is still pending.
