Overview
Wellingehus Hotel is situated in central Vellinge, between the coastal cities of Trelleborg and Malmö. It offers free private parking and free Wi-Fi internet access in the reception area. All rooms at Wellingehus have private bathroom facilities and cable TV. Some rooms have an antique ceramic tile stove. Children under 6 stay free when existing bedding is used. Hotel Wellingehus is just 15 minutes’ drive from the beaches around Höllviken Bay. The hotel is only 17 km from the Öresund Bridge, which leads to Copenhagen.

“Comfy stay for budget price”
Very big rooms. Not sure if all of them are, but ours was an apartment, more than enough to fit a family of 4. Yes, the rooms are not renovated and in retro 80ish ? style. But having small kids, I would pick comfiness over newness. Everything on the premises might have been dated, but it worked. The location is a must! A pin drop from the city square. They have a few own parking spaces, but there was no need, as for the weekends you can park for free on the big parking spaces in front of the hotel. For me it is a steal, considering you got breakfast, big rooms, location and the landlord was a darling.

“Central located and a good sleep and breakfast.”
In the center of the small city Vellinge. An old house converted to hotel hotel around 1980. Not renovated since so not modern, but clean, nice beds, a good sleep and good breakfast. Friendly lady taking care of us even if we arrived late.

“Host was wonderful. Although she spoke little English she made us feel very welcome.”
Breakfast was simple: a selection of fruit, cereals and rolls. The room was simple yet enough for our stay. Facilities included a shower, kettle, tv and table. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend a room for one or two nights here.

Very kind lady who worked there breakfast was fabulous but the hotel seemed very old and had some sort of numbness and the smell was irritating and couldn’t sleep

Breakfast was good, a lot of options. The owner was very nice. Big room but maybe a little bit overpriced. But all in all a nice place to stay.
