“Exceptional”
A lovely place to stay in Velletri. The owners are super attentive, caring and warm. In the morning they serve a breakfast with lots of love. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Whenever I come back to Velletri, I will stay here. Grazie mille!

“Nice, peacefull and friendly.”
Breakfast was rich and tasty. Last they as a special we got very tasty tiramisu. Garden was nise and clean. It was very peacefull. Owners are friendly. Even though they do not speak English well they really tried to communicate with us,

“Very enjoyable stay in a real Italian environment with a very dedicated host”
Real Italian breakfast with coffee, sweets and some savoury food. Extremely helpful and kind host who goes out of his way to provide a pleasant stay. We choose the location to make day trips south or Rome to visit Hadrian's Villa, walk in the nearby national park and visit the coast etc.

“Fabulous property, lovely hosts, great, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast!”
The family were so helpful and friendly and gave us a delicious breakfast each morning. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable with lovely views.

What a lovely rustic hideaway. Found by chance looking for an unplanned stopover. Home made breakfast, a lovely setting and close to facilities. Very comfortable - secure, simple, affordable and unspoilt.

“A good rest for one night”
The staff was so fantastic and lovely, and we enjoyed our breakfast. The room was clean and the parking is right there, and the garden looks lovely.

A charming restored old house on the outskirts of Velletri. Easy to find, about a mile from the centro storico. Owners were kind and helpful. Breakfast was a treat with home made cakes. A great experience
