Location was great, price was more than reasonable, owner was extremely friendly (we only talked over phone). Apartment was an interesting mix of old and new - modern style flat within an old house (albeit you couldn't tell from the outside) with some elements "left over", e.g. interior doors or the stairwell. Not a bad thing, just an interesting design choice. Overall, the place was very comfortable with a modern, well, equipped kitchen. The extra large king size bed was a pleasant surprise. There was a selection of tea bags and some other essential supplies (salt, pepper, etc.) ready for use - nice touch!

OK, I usually don't use rating 10 - but in this case I did. To make it easy: Short version: Equipment was very nice, very practical, modern, tuned, XL beds, very comfortable, XL table, so even bigger group has plenty of space. Kitchen was like mine. Big garden, ready to use barbeque, workout sets etc. We got everything. As it was 3 days heavy raining, the large TV and most of streaming platforms was cool. The rest - Velke Losiny is a very nice place, lot's of things to do (outside / inside) and after that - Jeseniky area - mountains and around- is just a few minutes far. Full version: You know that - "apartment is fully equipped" and when you come you see that you have a wash machine, but no tabs, you have coffee machine, but no beans, in kitchen you have bare minimum (or less) etc., you must drink a good wine from "tea cups" etc. Not this case. We weren't able to find a single thing, which was missing (ok, literally we found one :-). Glasses - like at home - enough for red / white whine, whiskey, rum, mixed drinks, the same with variety of plates, pots, pans, cutlery etc. Beds - XL (much wider and longer then usual), man made from oak, no squeezing etc. Even "temporary" bed/sofa in the living room was very comfortable (they are usually not). With outside electrical curtains - dark and silent place - a sort of "sleeping spa", if you come from any bigger city. Nice and large garden, 2 extra places for sitting (outside), 2x barbecue (with coal and all what you need .... just buy your food :-), workout set (my older son loved that, youngers have other places to climb and explore). I can add more, but maybe it is too many spoilers - you should come and see yourself. We are coming back for sure :-). Too many other things left what we want to do ...

“Comfy place close to the Therme Losiny”

We stayed for just a few days and it rained a lot. However, I can easily imagine staying for a week while having this nice villa as a base to explore both surrounding nature and culture. The place is very well equipped for the comfortable stay of a family, even with small children. For example, the kitchen was well equipped and allowed for any ordinary cooking, all equipment was working and well cared for and modern. There is also a garden full of green grass lined with dark rocks and there is a children's playground, a place for a grill, and an outdoor workout area.
