Perfect little wood cabine, for family and good garden for children. The beach it's not far away and the location is near public beach also. The owners are really friendly and they're welcomed us. Definitely we'll came back again in this place soon

Our stay at the “Kolonia e Artistave” in Velipojë was absolutely wonderful. The wooden cabins were very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your holiday – not a single detail was missing. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a seaside getaway. What truly makes this place special is the exceptional hospitality of Mrs. Zana and her husband, a talented sculptor with a big heart. They welcomed us warmly, with genuine care and kindness, making us feel instantly at home.

We are here for the second time. This time for 12 days. Everything is spotlessly clean. There is everything you need for a nice vacation. Beautiful yard, quiet and peaceful place. The hosts are kind and hospitable. I recommend it to everyone.

“Perfect cozy stay in a family guesthouse near the beach”
Great spot and a cozy garden. The owners are very kind and helped us out. It would have been great if we were able to speak Italian or Albanian. The house is very nice, and is equipped with everything you need.

The loveliest place, I will re-visit Velipoje just to stay here again. 10 minutes walking to the beach, little shops and restaurants nearby, city center is for a driving distance. Parking is possible in the garden, there is aircon and toys for children. The hosts are a very nice artist couple.
