“Perfect hosts, great location”

The host (Hassan and his wife) are amazing! Very friendly, perfect hosts and the room has a great view! We immediately stayed one more day and after traveling around for a month, came back here for our last night in Albania. The beach is 10mins walk away, 5 mins walk from a great restaurant (with good vegetarian options). It's really quiet at night compared to the busier town (1km away) which is still easily walkable. We had a spacious room and had a great time staying here.

Fantastic location - just 5 minutes from the beach. The hosts, Hassan and his partner, were lovely and had great restaurant reccomendations. They were flexible with our ckeck out time and also had plenty of big bottles of water so we didn't have to cary them back from the supermarket.

Absolutely lovely people. I arrived late after check-in time as i forgot to check it before i booked, they were so kind about it and were waiting for me outside when i arrived. It really felt like i was visiting my grandparents, regardless of the language barrier. I felt very welcome and at home and was sad to leave as they were waving me goodbye.

Staying at Valdete and Hasan's guesthouse felt like staying at a friend's or family's home, they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and were always available if I needed anything. I had an entire terrace with a view of the garden to myself.

The owners were a really lovely and forthcoming couple. Helping with everything we needed or asked about.

The host Hasan is probably the nicest host I've come across! He goes to great lengths to communicate and make sure your stay is nice. The home is very well taken care of and not far from the beach, also it is located in a peaceful area. There is also a great restaurant nearby. The neighbours are also very pleasant and helpful.

Great place to stay, very clean and calm, very intimate, there was no noise at all, very cozy, nice balcony, the landlord was very welcoming, we enjoyed the beach ta Velipojë, an amazing village with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants, great fish and sea food, supermarkets, everything you need for cozy and great vacation time !

The H&H guesthouse was our absolute favorite on our trip through Albania and Montenegro. The hospitality of this awesome family is overwhelming! We felt so welcomed and got so many helpful advices, not only for Velipoja but also for the rest of our trip through northern Albania. The guesthouse is also located super close to the amazing sand beach. The center is close enough to reach, walking distance 10 min, which makes the guesthouse a quiet and relaxing place. Nonetheless a supermarket, delicious restaurants (especially fish) and some shops are right around the corner! Would always go again and recommend it to our friends!
