I was very disappointed with this accommodation. In the room I found broken items (furniture, bathroom accessories), hair on the bed, a dirty fridge, and even clothes left behind in the wardrobe. This clearly shows a lack of maintenance and cleaning. The photos on the website do not match reality, and the overall experience was far below expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.

I stayed at this place few times before, and every time I was very satisfied. There is no noise , it's really quiet. Also, it's close to the lake. Room is clean, bathroom also, there is a big wardrobe in the room, TV with so many channels. Balcony is semi-hidden among the threes, so all the best for Vila Dinčić place.

The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is close to the lake but in a quiet area as well.
