“amazing.”
This was an outstanding stay. The apartment was comfortable but what really surprised me was how hospitable the host is. My husband and I got stuck with our daughter and had nobody to call to pick us up- taxis and buses were unavailable- we called the host and he picked us up.. not only this but he drove us to his home where we went fruit picking and then arranged and to take us to see the ram fortress by driving us there. It really made the whole trip there a special one because he is knowledgable and we got to hear some interesting stories- a service id be happy to pay for guide wise. I think he is working on offering tours and if you stay here during that time i strongly recommend booking a tour with him- it will be a unique experience. We got to see the fortress without anyone else there- very special. Actually i will go as far to say that the time spent at veliko gradiste is a stand out for my whole trip in Serbia.. (i spent 10 days there visiting family and friends). I had similar service once before in Montenegro where the owner treated us like family.. so i will remember it.
