“Incredible stay in one of the still existing original Austro-Hungarian villas”

Location is definitely extraordinary! It is in the very center of the city itself, Veli Losinj. Absolutely everything (restaurants, beach, shops) is at a distance of less than 5min by foot. One of our rooms had a terrace that was right above the small harbor of the city, incredible!

A very well situated hostel, just 2 min by walk from the port and the city center. For the parking, you need to find a place outside of the city. Be careful, all the parking are quickly full. This place is perfect to explore the south of the island. The staff is very welcoming and very helpful to give some advice to visit the island and Croatia. Quite good value for money on the island. I recommend.

Nothing. The accommodation was not as shown in the booking pictures, but much worse, messier and with a noticeable smell of dampness in the bathroom, room and "restaurant" where breakfast was supposed to be. So, immediately upon arrival, they charged us for the stay and breakfast, and we quickly left the accommodation immediately after entering the room and canceled it, with of course an explanation and complaint to Mr. Igor, who is there on behalf of the facility and who charged us for all of the above, and which we did not consume, neither accommodation nor breakfast. Since we were charged for bed and breakfast, which we did not use due to the above reasons, I hereby ask booking for a refund, compensation or whatever else you think would be fair to do considering that I have been a booking user for many years. Because of this disappointment, I found and paid for new accommodation on Lošinj outside of booking.

The view from the room was amazing - the hotel is located literally in the heart of the oldtown - you can see everything, what is happening outside in the city. The room had a normal size, a large bed. Everything was clean.

Tim is a really nice host. We felt very welcome and he always made sure that we feel comfortable. The rooms were really big and we had enough space for our stuff. Also we had an aircondition, which we did not expect. The location is perfect and in the middle of the little town. You can reach everything really easily. One of the most beautiful things about the accommodation is also the terrace, where you have a nice view above Veli Lošinj. Tim always made sure there was plenty of food for breakfast and there were also two fridges which we could use, too. Late-Check-In was no problem.
