Very nice house and Karla is a really lovely host that took good care of me. Ideal for working as the terrace only becomes sunny in the afternoon.

My stay at the K-room was wonderful. I really enjoyed chatting with Karla over coffee and ended up talking much longer than I'd expected. The room was also very comfortable, and the great Wi-Fi allowed me to have a smooth online meeting with Japan. I hope to visit again someday.

Absolutely lovely place! Karla and Robert are some of the kindest, most welcoming and caring hosts I've met in years of traveling. Karla allowed my friend and I to wash our clothes there and they took care of me when I was sick. They're very friendly to chat to and have many recommendations, but also offer enough privacy. Grazie e hvala! The room itself was very comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a fridge and kettle. Shower gel and shampoo were provided and there were many towels. Karla has been very thoughtful in providing for her guests!

Karla took such wonderful care of us – the room was incredibly clean and everything was so thoughtfully arranged, with cute little details engraved or labeled with her name. The breakfast she offered us was a 100 out of 10! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly want, and more. She was also super considerate of special requests, like preparing everything without pork – she truly put in so much effort and it showed. This was honestly the most beautiful and heartfelt stay we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect: close to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. Karla was always there when we had questions and helped us with everything. “Very beautiful stay in romantic Villa”

Karla is a very friendly landlady who received me like a family member and made my stay in Veli Iz very special. I literally felt more home than home. The room with private bathroom were cozy, spacious and very clean and had a lovely furniture. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Karla to anyone looking for a sporty, green holiday on the seaside.

“Convenient place for a couple of nights”

There is a parking spot, which is really hard to find on Iž. The room iz really well furnished, there is everything you might need. Especially important: there are really good mosquito nets on windows.

The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes to the center and under 10 minutes to popular beaches. The bed and cushions were comfortable, and the AC was useful during hot days and nights. Although there weren't many mosquitoes this year on Iž, I appreciated the mosquito nets on the balcony door and bathroom window. But the best part was Karla, the owner, who made us feel at home and took care of us like a mother. If I return to Iž, I'll definitely stay here again.
