A lovely spacious property, oozing charm and character yet with all modern conveniences. It has a lovely ‘garden’ which is a great place to relax in the warmth. The host Silvia was friendly, helpful and flexible.

The property was really clean and very well decorated. The host was great and she met us at the property. We had everything that we needed and she showed us around to make sure we were comfortable before she left.

It's obvious that a lot of thought and effort has been put in to restoring and decorating this house. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Sylvia our host was there to welcome us on arrival and explained everything about the property had to offer, very friendly and was contactable if we needed her. This was my last stop after travelling around a bit of Europe for a month, and it was BY FAR the best place I stayed The owner showed me around, and how everything worked, the Lemon House was simply stunningly designed. A homely feel as soon as you walked in, and after staying in numerous places on my travels this felt homely, a fully stocked working kitchen with plenty of glasses, mugs, plates and utensils, great bathrooms, washing machine with liquids and coffee machine with more than 2 pods Netflix ( if you need it!) comfy seating, great lighting and a fabulous courtyard outside space, loved the lemon decor. Lovely old town to walk around, supermarkets and shops a short walk away, with a few restaurants. A walk to the beach took just over an hour but there are busses on the route too

I just loved the house it was stunning. In a really quiet safe Spanish neighbourhood .Very cental. So much thought and effort to make you feel at home. When you go on holiday it's what makes it ,the hosts making that 100 per cent effort .We really appreciated that . We also realised they were there if we needed any advice,help at all ,they always replied quickly. So can fully recommend that you will be in safe hands.

“Comfortable and original,'real Spanish' house in the middle of Vélez-Málaga”

"Lemon house" is a cosy accomodation in a quiet pedestrian street, right in the old part of Vélez-Malagá. It has all comfort one can need, even for a longer stay of several weeks. The decoration of the house is tasteful and original (central theme: Lemons, obviously !). Modern kitchen equipment, large fridge and freezer, washing machine, good wifi. The owner, Silvia, -who lives in Málaga city- is very friendly and helpful. You can sit outside for lunch/dinner, or for sunbathing during certain hours of the day (depending on movement of the sun/shadow) with no views to or from the outside. The second bedroom (which we did not use) and the laundry equipment are on the first floor level, and can be reached by using a rather steep staircase. The house and its location allow you to live in the middle of a real Spanish small town, far away from the hectic and overcrowded tourist areas. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes by car to the beach in nearby Torre del Mar.

Fantastic apartment and wonderful host. I hope to come back again and not to have to rush home due to family circumstances. Thank you for everything and your understanding ❤️

The house was beautiful, style and design excellent. There was everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very good and close to all amenities with free parking.
