Comfortable and well appointed apartment, conveniently located near a couple of restaurants. Nice landscaping around the villa, surrounded by fragrant evergreen trees and bushes. Olivera, our host, was amazing.

“Beautiful place and warm host”
For the second year in a row we are staying at this beautiful place and we will come again for sure. Fantastic accommodation, clean, specious and well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The location is also great, just a few meters away from the lake and all the restaurants. The greatest thing about this place is the host Olivera who makes you feel like home or like you came to visit your closest family 😊 She helped us with everything we needed, and made our stay much more pleasant and you cannot find that kind of hospitality anywhere. Looking forward to coming to this place again!

“Lovely atmosphere, great people, spotless clean.”
The property is really close to the Dorian lake and the Greek border, a great pit stop to cut up your trip if you are trevelling with a toddler like us. They are pet friendly and Olivera welcomed us with refreshments. She was wonderful and the property is managed very well and its spotless clean. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a tasty breakfast before continuing our trip. We highly recommend this property.

“Clean and quiet”
Owner Olivera is really nice. She welcomed us with coffee, fresh cold water and juice. She also prepared many toys for the kids. My sister and I stayed in two apartments with our families and there was more than enough room in both of them. It's quiet and peaceful so it's a great place to rest from a long journey or even to stay a couple of days since the villa has a really clean and nice pool and trampoline for the kids. It's near the lake and a couple of restaurants. There was a wedding by the lake at the time we were there and even though the restaurant was very loud, when we closed the windows on that side of the apartment we were not able to hear anything so the sound isolation is very good.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with our host Olivera was great. The house itself has a wonderful garden, pool in the back and is very close (walking distance) to a nice rastaurant. We will bi back again!

“Very pleasant and comfortable stay”
Being in transit to Greece, we stayed only one night. The location has everything needed for a longer stay. The location was comfortable from all points of view, it looks the same as in the description, it is very clean and it is new. The exterior of the house is very neat and clean, the garden is very beautiful. Even though we stayed only one night, we also enjoyed the pool (which is really a bonus). Mrs. Olivera is a warm person, who welcomed us with joy. We felt very welcome. It should be noted that payment is made in cash at the location. We omitted this specification from the booking, but it was not a problem in this regard. If you want to have lunch or dinner, we recommend the Bela Voda Restaurant, which is only a few steps away (max 5 minutes).
