This is a perfectly located hotel in the town centre with very helpful reception staff. The rooms are comfortable and a decent size, and a good base from which you can walk to the main sights of Veles. Breakfast is included (you chose from a short menu) and I particularly liked the hearty beef soup (like a stew).

“Intolerable receptionist behaviour”
The receptionist girl is blackmailing and harassing me via WhatsApp because of a review I left that she didn’t like. She’s telling me among other things that her salary will be reduced if I don’t change the review and has been messaging me for several days. By the way I forgot to say the room was quite dirty, the do not even clean next to the furniture. This is not the way to improve your business.

“Room Problems and Unprofessional Service”
They gave me a smaller and different room than the one I booked. They made me wait 15 minutes and told me to wait in the restaurant. Check-in was at two, but the room still wasn’t ready, so they offered me another room that was smaller than the one I had booked because mine wasn’t clean. Then, when I wanted to extend my stay, they offered me a discount, but it didn’t include breakfast, even though I had originally booked with breakfast. I mentioned that, and they told me I could handle it through Booking. In the end, they cancelled the “discount.” I don’t think the service and treatment are worthy of a 4-star hotel.

“Convenient Hotel at the center of Veles”
The major asset of the hotel is its central location. Everything is close to it and is very convenient. The staff will go extra mile to assist their guests. The matraces are one of the best I havve ever slept on!

Huge room with a jacuzzi and a big bed. Great balcony as well. Good placement in the middle of the somewhat stretched city center. Good breakfast by choice.
