Nice hotel overall, breakfast was very good, room was comfortable, swimming pool was good, tennis courts were a bonus. Food from the bar was limited and the burger was very basic.

“Extremely relaxing stay in nature.”
The setting in the forest with wonderful fjord views is immediately very relaxing. Great amenities like swimming pool, krolf and tennis court. Very good breakfast. The style and elegance of the hotel. Nice refreshing water on offer as soon as you enter the hotel.

“Great breakfast but dated, tired and dirty room”
What we appreciated was the view, and the dinner (though very expensive) was excellent. The breakfast is truly phenomenal.

“Hotel needs renovation, as soon as possible. We would definitely not recommend”
Very old hotel, last renovation maybe in 80th, no air conditioning, always smells from the kitchen. I would not say that breakfast was bad, but it was not good either—nothing for kids I would say.

“Excellent hotel located in a lovely forest, not far from the sea”
Perfect location in a forrest with great views towards the Velje fjord. Nice furniture (old danish design classics). Decent sized rooms with comfy beds. Great breakfast. Lots of EV-chargers at the parking spot.
