Nicely located next to the bus and train station and also next to the pedestrian zone.The hotel is a tower shape building, therefore it offers nice bird view on the city and surroundings.Please note if you take the local bus, they do not accept credit card but you can pay the driver in euros but change in DKK.

I was stayed almost 4th time this hotel and this time I was faced terrible experience. Mostly the staffs are not friendly. Not all of them. But most of them are quite rough.

Location for us is great. Train and bus station a short walk. Shops and town are easy to visit.

“Horror night”

My daughter and her friend experienced a huge shock on their last night at the hotel. At 4 a.m., while they were asleep, a naked woman broke into their room. They woke up suddenly and started screaming because they had no idea what was happening. When they turned on the light, they saw a naked woman who had gotten into their bed. They asked her if she was okay and told her she couldn’t sleep with them and needed to go back to her own room, but she just stared at them and continued sleeping in their bed. At that point, my daughter and her friend decided to go to the reception for help. My daughter stayed in the room because she didn’t know whether the woman was planning to steal something or if she was under the influence of drugs. Her friend went to get the receptionist to remove her from the room. When the receptionist arrived, he said she was probably sleepwalking. He asked her something in Danish, and she immediately got out of the bed. Then she closed the door and, after two minutes, came out of my daughter’s room with a towel and went back to her own room without saying a word. The receptionist said that sleepwalking incidents happen quite often in the hotel and that it is usually men who walk naked down into the hotel atrium, which is completely bizarre and sounds unbelievable. When asked how the woman got into the room, the receptionist said that they must not have locked the door properly, explaining that the door needs to be pushed in an extra way to lock. He even showed my daughter a few other nearby room doors that were also not locked. So it seems that most guests in the hotel are not aware that the doors need to be locked in a special way — including my daughter — because the doors use key cards like in all hotels, and it is logical to assume that once you close the door from the inside, it is locked and can only be opened with a key card.
