Overview
This luxurious hotel is set next to the de Montenmedio Golf Course, 15 minutes’ drive from the beaches of El Palmar and Faro Trafalgar. It offers an 18-hole golf course, art museum and free WiFi. Hotel Hacienda Montenmedio’s elegant rooms come with plasma TV, safe, minibar and private bathroom. Suites also offer a lounge area with sofa. An A la Carte Breakfast will be served every morning with fresh and homemade products. Our restaurant El Ibis offers a variety of modern and local food with products from the area for lunch and dinner. The hotel is set on a large estate, with wildlife and exotic plants. Activities include paint-balling, quad-biking and golf. The MNAC Contemporary Art Museum is also based on-site. The hotel offers free private parking. Cadiz and Jerez can be reached by car in around 50 minutes.

The hotel is set on a large estate and in excellent location. Although we don’t play golf, we really enjoyed walking around the golf course. We visited the MNAC Contemporary Art Museum which is also located on-site. Rooms are relatively small but nicely decorated common spaces give opportunity to relax. There’s also a nice swimming pool.

The architecture, public rooms and grounds were lovely. It lived up to it's name "Hacienda ". It was right beside the showjumping. The staff were friendly. We really enjoyed the outdoor art installation in the grounds of the hotel.

“Nice hotel - fell short - however ended up a good stay”
Nice simple hotel Sadly no restaurant on site operational for evening meal when we arrived However found Vejer de la Frontera a nearby town which was very foodie with lots of restaurants and bars - excellent!! Visited both nights! Golf course was great! Good views and great condition - also a driving range with clubhouse and pool!
