“Good base of operations.”
The property is in a quiet street and space for parking outside was never a problem. The property is fully fenced and felt secure. Our room was a double with a single bunk, which served the three of us well, with plenty of floor space, a desk, small fridge, air conditioning and attached bathroom. There is a reception/table & chair area which we never used. Involvement with staff was only at check-in and everything was clear an well handled. Just a couple of minutes drive away there was a small supermartket, petrol station and a bakery. Less than 15 minutes drive to the coast at Porto Cesario, about 30 minutes to Santa Maria Al Bagno or Lecce, Il Negramaro is a good, well priced spot to use as a base while travelling out.

Comfortable apartments with private bathrooms, and shared living room. Daily cleaning is provided, and towels are changed every three days. Nice, sweet breakfast with croissants, cakes, fruits, milk, bread, juices, water, coffee, and tea. A coffee machine is available 24/7. Our kind receptionist, Luisa, and the owner were incredibly helpful, offering advice on local dining, attractions, and swimming spots. The location is good, just a 15-minute drive from gorgeous beaches.
