“Clean apartment and very helpful and kind owners.”
Perfect accommodation before the start of the trek. The lady and her husband are very kind and extremely helpful. On the day of the local carnival, they spent almost two hours driving around with us late in the evening to different shops to help us find a threaded camping gas canister (which is actually quite rare here). In the end, we managed to get one at Decathlon in Las Palmas. We would like to thank the owners very much and highly recommend the accommodation.

“Try to avoid this stay!”
We had a horrible start to our trip getting to this place. The host greeted us and then immediately went on to say that our 3yr old daughter is not added in the stay and that we have to pay cash to get inside. We said that it must be a mistake via Booking.com, since I added all 3 of us. Nevertheless (however illogical it seems to have to pay adult fee for a 3yr old), we were ok updating the payment. She insisted on giving her cash directly. Then it was a 1.5hr wait to connect and talk to Booking.com staff who couldn't convince the host to send us a payment link and have us pay during our stay. She doesn't empathize with the guest, nor care; she is just greedy for money and definitely not capable of being a host. Avoid this place. It's a tiny room in an odd location, plenty of good alternatives in this beautiful island.

The apartments are spacious, nice, and generally have everything you need. The location is convenient for those traveling by car. We really liked Burrero Beach, and there’s another one nearby. For our morning runs, we went to a beautiful park not far away. There’s a store just 25 meters from the apartments, and a large shopping center within walking distance. It was pleasant that cleaning was done every day.

“Great for families”
It is a very comfortable house, with a laundry room, a nice sofa, they come clean the house almost daily which is amazing and also bring fresh towels! The vecindario area is very windy so it's great if you are a surfer, and if you want to go to some of the most popular sunny beaches it only takes a 15 minute car ride

“Very bad”
Very bad. They advertise the apartment as having two rooms but it is only one big room. If we were going to have two rooms they wanted 300 euros more. We refused and they kicked us out of the hotel .Whatever you do dont stay at this place !
