“Avenida 40 Vecindario, I definitely recommend it”
This was our first stay on Gran Canaria and we will remember it very fondly. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and perfectly prepared for guests. Check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient – collecting the key, entering the apartment and returning it were all simple and hassle-free. The apartment is located in Vecindario, in a normal city rather than a beach resort, and for us this was a big advantage. We had a rental car for the whole stay, so the location was perfect. This is exactly the kind of travel we enjoy – blending into everyday local life and experiencing the real atmosphere of the place. Gran Canaria truly amazed me. Everything is so close – within 10–20 minutes you can be at the beach, and every day you can visit a different one. During our stay we explored several beaches and loved every moment. From Vecindario it took only about 30 minutes to reach the capital, where we visited the aquarium Poema del Mar. What impressed me even more is that you can drive around the entire island in just a few hours. We had a wonderful time and created beautiful memories here. We would happily come back and definitely recommend this place to others.

“Clean and convenient”
Lots of convenient facilities, including various coffee machine, wash machine, microwave, electricity cooker, and all sorts of nice coffee are provided. Big supermarket and kerbab shops are just close by. The landlord welcomed us with nice wine and wonderful Christmas treats. Bedrooms have plenty of storage rooms. Bathroom are easy to use. Thank you very much for the considerate service. Hope we could come back again.

Good central location to go south and Las Palmas. Good bus system and stop close by. Spacious apt for 2 people.

“Beautiful apartment and location, unfortunately freezing cold shower and aggressive host”
The apartment was very clean, keys were easy to get. Bus stops a 2 minute walk and the buses take you to the airport and Las Palmas. Brilliant local places to eat and shop. Had plenty of pans and utensils to cook with. Coffee machine was a bonus.

The location is good, close to the airport. Many different shops, restaurants, bars nearby. The apartment was clean and tidy. Easy key collection (keybox). Communication with the hosts is excellent (quick and with clear instructions).
