Just 50 metres from the shore of Lake Trummen, this grand castle hotel has a sauna, hot tub and a garden. Free Wi-Fi is available and the Teleborgs Slott also has its own gift shop. Rooms are located in the castle building or in the hotel annexe 200 metres away. All rooms come with a TV, some with a flat-screen TV, and annexe rooms come with a private bathroom. Some castle rooms come with lake views and a tiled stove. The Teleborgs Slott restaurant can serve traditional Swedish meals on request, and there is also a hotel bar. The gift shop sells a variety of products from books to jewellery. Linnaeus University’s Växjö campus is a 2-minute walk away, and has its own cafés and restaurants. The centre of Växjö is 10 minutes’ drive away, with more shops and eating options. The hotel offers bike rental and free guided tours of the castle. The surrounding countryside has many hiking and fishing opportunities.

Astonishing building and helpful staff. Set in beautiful grounds. A decent walk into town. Our rooms had magnificent balconies out onto the garden Dinner was also very good though the menu is small.

“Fairy tale fabulousness in beautiful surrounds”
We stayed in a room by the lake, and it was fabulous. The bed was comfortable and the room spotless. A short walk to the castle through some beautiful woods - it really felt like being in a fairy tale! Dinner in the castle was top notch, with amazing food and wine, and all at a reasonable price. Breakfast had an incredible choice and was delicious.

Very good Area for biking And walking trips. I liked the bike which was possible to hire. Nice breakfast. Clean room And cozy kitchen for whole house with fridge and coffee machine

“Impressive hotel”
The room was amazing. It was large, exceptionally clean and had a great view. There was parking available. The staff were superb and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.

“A cultural gem in Växjö, close to nature with quality food and staff”
Both the accomodation and the service were exceptional. The room was decorated in an aesthetically perfect manner and clean with relaxing view over the lake. Equally captivating was the reception and the space for lunch and breakfast, which were delicious and in abundance. The staff was helpful and friendly. Booking a stay and lunch is recommended for those interested in culture, history, nature and high quality.

The hotel / castle is beautiful and romantic. We were upgraded to a wonderful spacious room. The history of the castle was seen in our room (old paintings, furniture). Bead was confortable. Bathroom and shower were in the corridor, but there where slippers and bathrobe in our room. We stayed of season so were alone in the corridor. The restaurant and dinner were really good. The service was friendly.
