We were messaged just an hour before arrival to say that the place we’d originally booked still had guests in it, so we were being moved to a different property. It ended up feeling a bit like an upgrade, but they really should’ve communicated it that way rather than causing unnecessary panic. The place itself was super warm, which was lovely, but not much was provided beyond the basics. The bed wasn’t made when we arrived, there weren’t enough sheets, and the pillows weren’t great – all of which made the sleeping situation a bit disappointing. The beds were also quite small, not really suitable for two people each, so the space wouldn’t comfortably work for four adults. The shower, washing machine and other amenities were definitely useful and appreciated. But the real star of the show is the location. The walk there is absolutely stunning, and the surroundings – the lake, the beach, everything – are UNREAL. It honestly feels like heaven. I’d recommend everyone to experience it at least once. Food delivery is easy in the area (we only found that out ourselves – it wasn’t communicated), and there’s a bus stop just 20 minutes away. Get on that bus, enjoy the journey, and soak it all in!

Photo's are misleading. Access to the lake is not as easy as suggested. Garden view is view of house and parking area. The so-called double bed is a 3/4 at best suitable for one person. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The kitchen area was greasy and not clean.

“Amazing property”

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house. it came with access to a boat, fishing rods, BBQ and everything you need. The host was amazing and welcoming with lots of local knowledge. The house is a 1 minute walk to the lake. I would definitely recommend.
