Overview
This chalet is a 4-minute drive from Vaujany’s centre, a typical village and ski resort in French Alps. It features an outdoor hot tub in its garden, a lounge with a log fire and views of the mountains and lake. Accommodations at Chalet Solneige include guest rooms and apartments with wooden floors. All have a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace. Breakfast is served every morning in the communal lounge, by the fireplace under the arched ceiling. The hosts can cook home-made food with seasonal products upon request and it served on the large dining table or in the garden during good weather. Massif des Grandes Rousses and the Alpe d'Huez ski resort are accessable by gondola (10 minutes). Free private parking and free Wi-Fi are available to all guests. The hosts can help you with ski-passes or tell you all about the nearby activities.

“Sociable ski holiday in a beautiful setting”
We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Solneige. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed chatting with other guests over dinner. The chalet is a a few minutes' drive from ski lifts.

“A very pleasant stay.”
Welcoming hosts. Beautiful location. The room I had was perfect for me and my dog. Direct access to outside. Bed was very comfortable. Room was attractive and well appointed except for the lack of a kettle and tea making facilities. Breakfast was very good.

“Exceptional.”
The entire experience was exceptional. I wish I could leave bad feedback so that no one else will find this amazing gem. Peter and Teresa were amazing cooks, left you to your privacy and were beyond gracious. Almost too good to be true.

“Beautiful and cosy chalet with a great view”
We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The place is beautiful, clean and quiet. Therese and Pieter are great hosts! We enjoyed the cosy atmosphere, the yummy breakfast and dinner - and you can easily start hikes to explore the area from there directly or take the car to nearby locations. We would come back anytime! Thanks for everything

“unforgettable”
First of all the owners. Their hospitality and helpfulness. They are really friendly and they’ll give you good information about the area and anything you ask for. The breakfast with a really delicious and fresh croissant, good coffee and etc. The location for skiing is also good, just 6 minutes drive from Vaujany big gondola, which takes you to Alpe d’Huez ski resort. otherwise you need to drive for 38 minutes to reach Alpe d’Huez ski resort. The location is good for hiking as well. There is a parking on site.
