“Beautiful flat with lovely hosts”

The location was great, peaceful and beautiful views but close enough to walk into town. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean and great facilities. The hosts were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful but also gave us our privacy. It was absolutely wonderful.

Great hospitality and genuinely friendly hosts. Lovely location. We'll be back!

“Gracious, welcoming hosts”

We were pleased with Villa Rosaria's location in a quiet residential area with reasonable proximity (on foot) to Vasto's historic core. The suite is spacious, simply furnished and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the private terrace and peekaboo view. Nicoletta and Alfredo are warm, gracious and attentive hosts.

I've been to many airbnbs/holiday houses, but visiting Villa Rosaria was by far one of, if not the best, experience! It has the coziness and calmness that is very rare to find in places for rent. On top of it, the lady that hosts this place is a wonderful and friendly person, she recommended us some good local spots to go to the we really enjoy. Overall we were extremely happy with staying in Vasto and picking this spot to stay in!

Quiet location, nice sea view

“Comfortable accommodation, with spectacular views in a stunning location.”

The property is in a quiet suburb of Vasto. In an elevated position so that the view out the windows, across the terrace, through the small olive plantation is to the Adriatic Sea. It is a short drive to the old centre and a manageable walk if you are reasonably fit. Inside was spacious where we could cook and eat some meals and even dry our clothes (as it rained during our stay). Our host and hostess were so hospitable and spent time being our social secretary! We loved Vasto and we loved Villa Rosaria.

The hosts were very welcoming and the accommodation was fantastic. The views from the property were amazing and it was also with easy walking distance (20-25 minutes) from the historic centre of Vasto.
