Located in the heart of Västerås, this 25-storey hotel is 400 metres from the Central Station. The Sky Spa on the 23rd floor offers panoramic views, 3 different saunas, spa treatments and a calm relaxation area with refreshments. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. All rooms at Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza have coffee/tea facilities, a desk and cable TV with international channels. Bathrooms include free toiletries and a hairdryer. The Lobbybar serves breakfast each morning, as well as dinner. Plaza's classic Sky Bar on the 24th floor serves fine cocktails Friday-Saturday. “Very disappointing and too expensive for what you get.”
I have stayed at many hotels through our the world and some have been food and some have been bad.. This hotel experience belongs to the latter. I really have a problem with the name Best Western. It should just call it self Western. This way it does not promise more than it can keep.. I had booked the luxury room and to be quite frank there is no luxury.. Very disappointing. I the room there is a iron, but no ironing board. She I asked in reception I was told that they were stolen and that they therefore have established an ironing room on the 5th floor.. Well yes it a room and yes there is a board.. The bath-rope that is advertised is no longer in the room. It can however be picked up in reception on demand.. It really was d disappointing experience. I think that next time I am in Västerås, I will go for another hotel 🛏️

“Perfect stay in Västerås”
It is a nice hotel, position, big room, clean and the staff was really nice. I needed to put my medicine in a fridge and they brought one up to the room.

“A most pleasant stay. Everthing was perfect.”
We loved the interior with all the artwork and quirky mix of shapes and angles in the reception and bar/restuarant area. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The restuarant dinner menu was different from what we usually get in a hotel. The was a good varied choice and what we chose was beatifully presented and perfectly cooked. We liked that there was a recommended wine for each meal which saved choosing from the wine menu (which you can do if you wish).
