Fantastic location if you want to get away from touristy spots. Gorgeous views of the sea. Host was so friendly and kind. Beach below the apartments was nice and other great beaches nearby. Apartments were well equipped and super clean, very comfortable.

We stayed at Villa Levante Studios in Vassilikos, Zakynthos, this September and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The owner, Mrs. Andriana, is an exceptionally kind and caring host who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The cleanliness of the studio was at the highest level, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. The studio itself is well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed and comfortable holiday — a spacious fridge, an electric mini stove, a bathroom with all the essentials, and of course, a beautiful balcony with a breathtaking sea view. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony every morning, which was simply unforgettable. One special moment we will never forget: while we were waiting for help with a flat tire on our rental car, Mrs. Andriana treated us to coffee and homemade cookies. That personal touch showed her genuine warmth and care. The location is perfect, very close to some of the island’s most stunning beaches. And on our departure, Mrs. Andriana surprised us with a thoughtful gift — homemade fig jam and a Zakynthos cup, a lovely souvenir reminding us to “come back soon to Zante.” We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and the certainty that we will return to Zakynthos and Villa Levante in the near future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and an authentic Greek holiday experience.

“A magical view every morning”

To start off, i couldn't have been more happy with how this holiday turned out and the main reason is being in Villa Levante. From start to finish the experience has been smooth and enjoyable. Due to an early flight we arrived far before the normal check-in time which wasn't a problem and we were able to check in early. On arrival by rental car (which is something i recommend) we were greeted straight away by Adriane and showed to our apartment. After opening the front door of the apartment we were greeted by the most wonderful and calming view, straight from the balcony accompanied by the gentle sound of waves crashing on the beach below. We have thoroughly enjoyed this and coffee has never tasted better than those in the morning while enjoying this view. The apartment we were staying in as sufficiently equipped, kitchen utensils, small stove top, coffee machine, toaster etc. this allows people to stay in that don't want to go out for food every day. Supplies can be bought at a small supermarket on top of the hill, about 10 minutes walking from the apartment, which is slightly expensive. Bigger normal supermarkets LIDL and AB are about 20 minutes by car. Although i know beds are very subjective these seem to be quite middle of the road, allowing all that stay here to get a decent nights rest. The room is fitted with and A/C unit that is more than sufficient and cools the room down quickly. Bathroom is nice and functional. The area is very calm and will appeal to people that don't like the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns or places like resorts. Down the hill you will find two nice and quiet little beaches with umbrellas and beach beds, both with a bar and restaurant. At the beach the prices are fair, beds are free for people that order at the bar and the food is fine. Thoroughly enjoyed the daily swim here. GREAT food can be found 10 minutes uphill at the Windmill (spit roast lamb). Thanks for the great experience 10/10.

The view is stunning, the apartament is big and spacious, with everything you need. We loved our stay at Villa Levante, the apartament is cleaned every day, the owners are very friendly. There is a beach very close with free sunbeds and some restaurants within walking range.

The most clean, picturesque villa we have stayed in so far. The location with supermarket, restaurant & beautiful beach club and beach within a stones throw added to the charm. With a view to die for and sunrise to enjoy, it was very special. Adriana was so friendly and accomodating, we had everything we could possibly need. Could not recommend this place highly enough. Loved it!
