“Great budget option”

It's a good budget option, simple but clean, the bed was comfy and the towels were white. The location of the place is in a quiet and nice area, but close to the restaurants and 2 wide beaches. We really liked Dopia's house restaurant and preferred Daphne beach to Gerakas. There is enough space for car parking at the hotel. Every room has a little terrace with nice view Larisa was very helpful and friendly.

Location, were and chickens around were beautiful :) A lot of restaurants and beaches nearby. Good clean room, amazing host Larisa, who helped us to know more about Vasilikos. Thanks for amazing time spent there!

“Great for a short stay.”

We agreed an arrival time in the evening, but we were much later and this wasn’t an issue. The hosts were lovely and responded very quickly to my query in the morning. The apartment was well cleaned/made up daily, and our stay was very comfortable. The location is quiet, with a great view out to sea from the patio and is near Gerakas beach. I recommend a hire car to explore further afield.

The perfect place if you’re looking for a calm and beautiful spot close to some of the island’s best beaches. We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Kapnisi and enjoyed every moment-it truly felt like our own summer home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel more like family than guests. Both we and our kids felt completely at ease. Thank you for making our holiday so relaxing and pleasant. We would happily come back and can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Kapnisi to anyone!

it is one the best places I have ever been too. it's quite. it has perfect scenery. host is very welcoming and guides you through all the situations and helps you navigate the place. rooms are clean, well maintained and quiet! I hope to return here one day. best sunsets and sunrises are guaranteed!

Very clean and quiet. Larisa the housekeeper was ever so kind and always ready to help. She suggested a beach that I never found online and it end up being our favourite beach in Zakynthos. Well equipped kitchen. Under the counter fridge freezer. Tea towels, washing up liquid and sponge. Shower with a good pressure. White cotton bedding and towels. Spare pillows and blankets. Good quality amenities. All the apartments downstairs had a separate patio with a table and chairs where we could eat and enjoy the lovely outdoor views and watch the sea views and the beautiful olive trees and swallows. We also had some friendly visitors, the neighbour's hens and a rooster. Bedbside lamps and sockets. Hairdryer.The hotel has a bucket full of beach equipment including umbrellas, rackets and balls, etc for us to borrow. Free parking. Powerful AC. Thank you Larisa and Pigi. I will certainly go back.

The villa is located in a good area, with lots of tavernas and beautiful beaches. The rooms are cleaned daily.

Everything is as described. The location of the property is very good. Close to the best beaches in zakynthos( banana beach, noe beach, Saint Nicholas/ammos beach). Everyday we had our room cleaned and the towels changed every 3days. The person I charge is very helpful and you get a small guide of the island. Definitely a great value for money. Highly recommend.

It is perfectly located. The walking distance to three different beaches: 1. Quiet Porto Roma in 10 min, 2. Amazing Gerakas in 15 min, 3. Lively St. Nikolas. Even you don't use a car/ shuttle you can get here easily by bus from Zakynthos. The apartment is well equipped for staying.
