“Fabulous relaxing stay”

Owners were fantastic. Waited on past our check in time as flight was late, with excellent contact all the time . Beautiful appartment in a peaceful are with excellent views from balcony Well maintained gardens with seating areas . Everything you needed in appartment. Great tavernas nearby all in walking distance. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

What we liked most about Villa Joanna was the spotless cleanliness, the peaceful surroundings, and the friendliness of the hosts. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Its location was perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches of Vasilikos. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and would happily stay here again.

Excellent positioning just off the road different places to be entertained each night

We really loved Villa Joanna, the surroundings, the staff and the peace. Recommend a stay here in Zante to leave the real Greek essence and clear winds. Beautiful place immersed in nature. Great host as well, helped us live an excellent experience in the Island. 10/10!

“Countryside villa in Vasilikos”

If you want to stay in Vasilikos, the location is very good: about 300 m from the main road, it's very quiet, surrounded by olive trees. Also close (by car - about 5 minutes) to 3 beaches: Banana, Gerakas and St. Nicolas. But definitely you need a car if you want to stay here. Very nice outside space, you can relax in the evening.

Room and the balcony was really quiet and clean. Amazing view from the balcony in the morning. Great location, so close to the Mais restaurant with the best food. The host is super kind and helpful.

“Fairy tale”

Everything was perfect, the location, as it was close to the sea, several beaches, excellent restaurants, shops, everything was easily accessible on foot. The host is very kind, they clean every day, cleanliness, extremely beautiful view and the garden itself is a magical fairy tale. They paid attention to every little thing, it felt like I was in a little piece of heaven. I would like to come back here again.

Really great to have your room cleaned everyday. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and still be close to the beach the location is perfect. Really enjoyed the air conditioner and the kitchenette. Strong water pressure at the shower.

The villa is beautifully and quietly situated in an olive grove. The garden is caringly tended to. We were in the ground floor #1 apartment. The apartment was spacious, had AC in both bedrooms, and two terraces. The terrace facing the sea was perfect for our morning breakfast in the shade. A sweet cat visited us repeatedly throughout our stay. The kitchen had all necessary basics. The apartment was cleaned on most days, and we got fresh sheets and towels once during our 8-day stay. Dennis was lovely and addressed any issues immediately. There are several good restaurants and one excellent bakery with great coffee within walking distance. With a rental car it was easy to get around to the various beaches.

dennis gave us a wonderful welcome and showed us around the premises; he was always available to answer our questions. The accommodation is very charming and well-maintained, guaranteeing a wonderful time.

I really liked the view of the sea and the terrace, it is very close to Gerakas Beach, we went almost every morning to see if there are little turtle (carretta carretta) hatchlings.

We had 2 balconies with a very beautiful views. A/C is a strong advantage as well. Without it, it’s impossible to handle this weather. Despite that, this room was really price worthy. We had everything what we needed to stay for a week. We managed to prepare simply meals as well. There are shops and restaurants nearby and really beautiful beaches which You can reach walking.

Very nice and quiet location with beautiful view and garden. A little stroll to the beach (you should ask for the fast route). Some small shops and taverna’s on walking distance.

The villa is very nicely placed amongs olive gardens, 5 min from the main road. My balcony had an awesome view to the sea. The room had everything you needed (the shower space was a little tight, but manageable) and it was all very quiet and peaceful (if you don't count the cicadas). Dennis was super helpful and kind, he helped me with early check in, the taxi on my way back, a shortcut to the beach and answers to all the questions I had. This is excellent for a quiet retreat, great places to eat around (Babbis Tavern and Tranakas Bakery are a must!), even if you don't have a car. There was no light on the road to the villa at night, but the phone light was enough. I totally recommend the beautiful quiet Plaka Beach - my favorite, where I stayed mostly at Puntas Bravas terrace. Definitely a great choice for a peaceful stay and holiday! And yes, very good value for money as well.

The owner Dennis is such a lovely friendly man who will go out of his way to help you. The air conditioned apartments are exceptionally clean with a fantastic view over the olive groves down to the sea. Walking distance to a handful of lovely tavernas.

- we had two balconies with sea view and mountain view - friendly and helpful staff - it is located at 10-20 minutes of four nice beaches, the closest being at 10 minutes walk through olive grove - stores and tavernas are at 5 minutes walk from the property - the maintenance of the room is done daily - the child bed was provided as requested

Everything, loation, couldn't fault the welcome, so friendly, the apartment, gardens, cleanliness second to none. Anything you needed was there and if not, it would have been made available upon request
