The scenery is absolutely stunning, the balcony faces the sea directly with an open view, and the owner is exceptionally kind and even helped me plan my trip.

Spiros, and his son-in-law Kostos, were very friendly and helpful hosts. The villa is in a peaceful location, just a short walk down the hill to the lovely Kaminia beach. Also, a great location from which to explore the Vasilikos peninsula. The villa had all the amenities we required, and we loved the balcony view to the Ionian sea and across to the Peloponnese. We enjoyed our stay here in October.

“Great stay in Zakynthos”

The sea view is exceptional and at night we could hear the waves. Kaminia beach which is close is also very nice and quite. The room was clean, not very big, but enough for two persons. A car is a must to get to tavernas, shops and bars. The host, Spiros, was very kind, even giving us small presents, which was a very pleasant surprise.

We had an amazing time at Villa Contessa. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, comfortable with a beautiful view on the sea. The beach was perfect for us; it was a combination of sandy and rocky parts so we could snorkel and swim. The sunbed area was really well maintained and green. The bar had perfect meals and a relaxed atmosphere; we simply loved the whole valley. At the top of the valley, next to the road there was a well equipped supermarket which was also clean, bright and airy with reasonable prices. On all level the staff were simply the best. Spiros and team helped us with all things - plug transformers, ideas, information about activities, including turtle sighting methods and times. We even received gifts from Spiros - thank you for your kind and caring style, Spiros.

We had a great stay at Villa Contessa. The location is perfect, close to the most beautiful beaches in Zakynthos, like Porto Azzuro, Banana Beach, Dafni Beach, and Kaminia Beach, all within 10 minutes by car. The room was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing sea view. Housekeeping was done daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. Spiros, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great tips about places to visit, local restaurants, and even helped us organize a boat trip to Navagio Beach and the Blue Caves. His hospitality made us feel welcome and relaxed from day one. Everything was great!

Very nice accommodation! What we loved the most was the view! Waking up in front of the ocean. Room was cleaned every day. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place!

“the comfort of calm and serenity”

Our room was always very clean and fresh. We had a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea from our independent balcony. there is a Kaminia beach just 200-300 meters below, I recommend you to go down with your car, there are free sunbeds and a clean sea. It is very calm in the morning. There is a very nice restaurant and a market where you can find many things 50-100 meters from the hotel. The location of the hotel is very calm, especially suitable for couples who is looking for this. Spiros is a helpful and kind person who knows your needs. He knows the island. Villa Contessa is 3-5 km. minutes away from the best beaches.

Beautiful place, super relaxed and there is a great (free) beach below. Close to dafni beach (which is one of our favorites). 100% recommended!!!
