The location is excellent – in our opinion, the villa is in the best area of the island. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, with nothing directly around the house, which makes it very peaceful.

A lovely house in a great location. So easy to walk to the beach, tavernas and shops. The garden was beautiful. We loved lazing in the hammocks and eating outside as the sun went down over the mountains. House was really well equipped

1. The staff - from Andreas to Ana to Nikos, this is a family run villa who welcome you like you are long lost friends. Nothing is too much for them and they never ever made us feel like we were hassling them if we needed to call them with anything. We also got fresh eggs, tomatoes, some bottles of water and a lovely welcome gift which was so unexpected but a wonderful start to our stay. They are the most thoughtful, considerate and kindest people I have come across and it would be a pleasure to stay there again. 2. The villa itself - absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures, inside and out. The rooms were clean and equipped with towels, fan/AC, and spare sheets. The bathrooms were really clean and there was hot water available all the time. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of plates, cutlery, cups, glassware, dishwasher, oven, two fridges, bins bags, washing up liquid and sponges. A mini crib was also put in for my baby. 3. The area - Vasilikos is beautiful and this property is nearby several beaches which are said to be the most beautiful on the island. I'd highly recommend going to Dafni beach if you have a car. There is a supermarket nearby (although expensive so I'd recommend a big Lidl or AB shop), as well as a car rental company and a restaurant just outside the villa, so everything is really convenient.

Amazing stay. Great communication from host. Owner met us on site when we arrived and even drove us to the supermarket which was just 5 minutes away and gave us tour of good places around to visit on foot. Owners mother also drove my brother to the airport without accepting any charge when we asked for number of taxi. They also provided us with local taxi person. There are lovely beaches and beach clubs around 10 minutes walk. Supermarket 5 minute walk and loads of great tavernas 5 minute walk. We recommend going to Porto Azzuro, Ionio and Banana beach clubs. The house is great. Lots of different outdoor areas, hammock area, bbq area, terraces all round. Was extremely relaxing. Would definitely come back!

“Lovely location, warm hosts”

Spacious inside and outside, with outside sitting area, lovely setting, fully (fully!) equipped. Joanna does not speak much English, but is a very warm and welcoming host. A good restaurant and a grocery shop are in close vicinity, a beach is less than 1 km away. We loved staying there with our kids.

“A very nice and recharging holiday”

Location : - it is basically a farm-vile with chicken , dogs, rabbits , goats , sheep - which for us and for our young daughter was awesome - silent and calm , just what you would need to recharge - the hosts were really nice, they provided fresh vegetable from their garden , chicken eggs , home-made cake and even one evening when it was rainy they brought us pizza. Also, we needed something from Zante and Mrs Johanna offered to search and buy it when she went in town. Not to forget, we have received a welcome present and when we left she gave us as gift home-made olive oil. - facilities, all you could need : dishwasher, washing machine, electrical stove, oven , BBQ area with enough wood prepared to use - it is located 10 - 12 mins walking distance both to Banana Baya Beach and also to Ionio Beach ( no charges for beach- beds ) - it is located 3 mins walking distance from several souvenir shops , mini markets ( where you can find almost everything needed ) , coffee shops - around , at 5 - 10 mins walking distance there are several Greek taverns If you wish to have a nice , calm and recharging holiday , I definitely recommend it and for sure , we will get back.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and very homely.

Me and my family spent a lovely summer vacation in Sunshine villa. It was not far away from the beach, market, bus stop which was easy for us having two little children. But the most important was to feel a warm greek hospitality from the owners' of the house, receiving from them fresh fruits, eggs, beverages and a warm smile. I would definitely recommend this house for a sunny vacation near Ionian sea.

The property is just off the main road located in an olive grove which make it quiet. You can find a market, a coffee shop and a lovely taverna in walking distance (under 5mins). The house itself is beautiful and spacious, perfect for our family of 5. The best part was the grounds with the olive trees, the chickens , the goats and the relaxing hammocks. My kids loved the place and we enjoyed the countryside. The owners, Ioanna and Andreas were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return to the island and to sunshine villa soon.

Everything was perfect! The villa is located in a quiet area, among olive trees with an impressive view all around. Very close to the supermarket, very good restaurants and Banana beach. Many other beaches are a few minutes away by car. It has a large yard with barbecue and terrace, parking spaces, including a garage. Lots of play space for children. We were greeted with cold drinks and fresh vegetables from the owners garden. During the stay I also received eggs, milk, watermelon, olive oil. The hosts are very welcoming people and attentive to the needs of the guests. The house is big, spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. I recommend from all points of view for a quiet vacation. The island is also very beautiful and has many places to visit.

Nice and comfortable home. The beach is 10 minutes by foot. Beach is one of the best on the island. The nearest restaurant is 2 minutes by foot. The owners live in a nearby house and all issues can be quickly resolved. The house has wireless internet and a washing machine. Air conditioning on the ground floor. The bedroom on the second floor has fans. Drinking water should be bought in the nearest store. It must be borne in mind that the house is in rural areas and you can hear roosters shouting and dogs barking
