Excellent villa complex had everything we needed super clean and great location.

“The perfect Greek getaway and hidden gem on the island!”

The Periyali Villas were a perfect match for our first week on the island and search for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. The villa looks more like a bungalow but is very spacious and clean with your OWN small private pool in a lovely little garden. The people working on the domain go above and beyond to help and advise you and make your family holiday as perfect as can be. the communal garden is perfectly kept as well as the shared bigger pool. If we would revisit the island we defintely would return to Periyali villas! Thanks again Emily, Darius, and all of the others, we will Miss you and the Greek hospitality! Very nice and friendly host and personal. The location is very big with nearly everything you need. We especially enjoyed the private beach and the private pool!

A fabulous stay at Periyalli, a lovely experience from beginning to end. Emily was great, and met us on arrival. Communication throughout from initial booking to final payment was seamless. Everyone was so warm and friendly, from Betty the Housekeeper, Evi at the Pool Bar and the Gardener :-). We stayed in Villa Artimis and when we return will want the same villa, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with lovely views of the sea. THANK YOU to all at Periyalli, we will be back :-)

“Nice stay in Zakynthos”

Very nice host and personnel. Nice accommodation with good beds and a lovely garden with your own (small) pool. Good equipped kitchen with all te basic utensils. Nice welcome package with bread, water, honey, cheese etc for the first day. Clean beds and towels every two days. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Two beaches on walking distance.

“Charming and lovely hotel area with incredible friendly staff”

the apartment had a very cozy atmosphere, was well equipped and even features a television with Netflix. The entire garden area was just stunning. Flowers, olive trees wherever your eyes look at. An amazing view over the lovely sea of Zakynthos was guaranteed. Especially the friendliness of the staff was worth mentioning. The personnel was available for us at all time and took really good care of us and our wishes. Thanks a lot for providing us with a room upgrade and the care package at arrival.

“Amazing place!”

The place and suroundings exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we were welcomed with snacks, wine and even milk to make a cup of coffee after travelling to Vasilikos. This was really great! Gerakas Beach is 5 minutes walk from the Villas. The sea view from the main pool and beach barnis just amazing! Really great place, definitely will come back next year.

The location is fabulous, near the beautiful Gerakas beach. Very private and very relaxing. Privat rocky beach - wonderful:) Also, opportunity to see the sea through bedroom window - real holiday feeling:) Owner was very helpful, when we asked for late check - that was not a problem at all.

The villas private pool was a bit chipped of paint. Otherwise was absolute luxury.

“Perfect place for families to discover the island in a quiet location.”

Excellent location, quiet and out of the way, but still with easy access to the sea, mainly through a private little beach. The private swimming pool was great for the kids. Also, the staff was very nice, available, efficient. I would say this is a perfect location for families with kids of all ages, but also for couples. Zakinthos is a very busy island, but that part of the island has a different feel.
