IT was very nice stay 7 days in September.Houses in beautiful pinia garden close to the beach. Owner very nice friendly man. Clean room with beautiful view from balkony.We recomend to rent a car to visit the island.

“A hidden gem!”

Expect basic rooms and a basic breakfast (all that you need). The real luxury is found in the environment – the stunning view from your balcony, watching the sunrise in the morning, able to walk to a private beach to meditate and practice some yoga and have your breakfast at the swimming pool. Honestly, for me that's pure luxury and my type of holiday. Yannis is the kindest host. The service is found in the small things: messaging me way before our stay to collect information, having our room ready at early arrival and offering all the help and tips when needed. Vasilikos itself is beautiful - might be my favourite part of the island. Surrounded by some stunning beaches and close to Argassi, which is really nice too. You do need a car to get around. So if you are someone who likes a good bargain and values the same as I do, then you're going to have an amazing time.

We loved the location! The swimming pool area is so nice! The olive trees and see-view make for a beautiful and quiet area. The owner was super friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast at the poolside area.

- amazing views over the pool, mountain and sea, from all the rooms 😍 - great big pool, also with amazing views over the sea and mountain, always perfectly clean - open until 20.30 - very nice room, clean and big, with a nice balcony - selection of pillows, both hard and soft available - good AC, always hot water, great shower pressure - linen and towel changed mid-week - room garbage taken by them daily - breakfast available 7.30-9.30 for 7.5 eur / person, no need to book it in advance, super flexibile - bar / restaurant at the pool, open 18.00-21.00, last food order 20.30, very good food, decent prices - parking available - bus station nearby - a small beach very close to the hotel, but no well maintained, for sure public, but Porto Zorro beach at 4 mins by car (1.4 km) - Argassi town at 10-12 mins by car (6.3 km), very nice, lots of markets, bars and great tavernas

Everything was great. Yannis and Bonny were the perfect hosts. Peace and quiet, beautiful location. Breakfast and meals good. We had a wonderful time

The views were incredible, the location lovely and quiet. The beach was just a short walk away and was so beautiful and quiet, but the beaches either side were just a short drive away with tavernas and sun loungers.

The location. It was near the sea (3 minutes until the semi-wild beach), it was surrounded by trees and because there was little light police, the sky was amazing. The room was big enough and we had a small kitchen, with a stove and a fridge.

I loved the location, the view from the room, the facilities (restaurant and pool). The property is situated close to the most beautiful beaches in Zante and also has a spectacular sea view. A lot of nature surrounds it.

View from this hotel unforgettable. Quiet.

The property needs renovation or a price reduction :) The location is excellent, with a beautiful view and a quiet neighborhood. The furniture in the kitchenette clearly needs replacing; there's no kettle, and you have to boil water in a pot :( It's just a small room, definitely not a studio apartment :) On the first day, we only ate breakfast; it would have been better to get a good night's sleep, but you really can't do that on those mattresses... ;)

Simple but comfortable apartments with small kitchen, fridge, air-conditioning. Amazing sea and mountain view and location. Super kind and helpful host Yannis. Will come back with pleasure.

Pool was excellent with great view. Parking was free and decent, all good beaches in Zakynthos were around the apartment. (you need car tho). There was also chess board at pool. Balcony was also very valid.
