“Everything was wonderful! The hotel owners are very kind and hospitable people. Special thanks to the staff — they cleaned the room and changed the bed linen every other day! The cleanliness is beyond praise. The location is very convenient: there is a small beach nearby, and another one, Gerakos Beach, which in my opinion is the most comfortable! I highly recommend this cozy hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their holiday here!”

The location was perfect – close to the beach and tavernas but very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was spotless, and cleaning was excellent during our stay. The hosts were so kind and even helped us with grocery delivery, which made everything easier. Highly recommended, we would love to come back!

Very quiet and nice location. Friendly and polite hosts will help with everything you need. They change towels and bedshits every day, also they take out garbage every day. Gerakas beach is on 5 minutes walk away. We had real vacation. Hope will come again someday...

We had a great time in Athena Studios! Best hosts and personel ever, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful garden to hang out under the olive trees, very calm and peaceful, near a beautiful beach. Good taverns 2 Minutes to walk. Rooms got cleaned every day. Cooking equipment was good, we missed nothing. The beach is very natural, no bars and music, and it closes at sunset for protecting turtles. We even saw a turtle in the water at daytime.

The complex consists of four apartments. Each with two rooms and two bathrooms with toilets. Each room has a terrace. It is located in a beautiful yard with swings and climbing frames. Extremely suitable for families with children. Live is much nicer than the pictures presented. The kitchen is small with two hotplates and a small fridge. There is no oven. Fully equipped kitchen for breakfast and light meals. The premises are cleaned daily and linen is changed every other day. The place is isolated from noise and nightlife, but there are several taverns and shops nearby within a 2-minute walk. The sandy beach of Gerakas, where turtles can be observed, is also nearby. A car is required to tour the island or public transport can be used. The bus stop, although infrequent, is a two-minute walk away. The owners are extremely kind. They have a grocery store 5 minutes away by car. Highly recommend for people with small children and people looking for peace.

Nice rural location, still close to turtle centre, a few restaurants and amazing beach.

“Nice place in the countryside”

Super comfortable mattrasses.. Three (!) fine terrasses. Quiet neighborhood. Situated in a nice garden. Parking space. Very kind cleaning lady and owner.

Everything!!! Location, apartment, near beach, local taverna, the sea, the sky.m, the colours, the sound of the nature. And of course: the wonderful owners' kindness!!! I will come back for sure!! Highly recommended!!

“What is there not to love?”

We already stayed in another apartment in Zakynthos before coming to Athina studios. Pricewise the apartments are comparable but what a big difference in comfort, cleanness and hospitality! We loved the spacious apartment with 3 (!) patios, 2 large bedrooms with double beds with excellent mattresses and pillows, the two bathrooms and the airconditioning that was included in the price. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and a cold bottle of water in the fridge. Moreover there was a clean scouring pad on the kitchen countertop, a hair dryer and sufficient hand soap and toilett paper in both bathrooms. The apartment was very clean and could be cleaned every day upon placing a sign on the door for the cleaner. The communication with the host, who also owns the village market at 1.5 kms distance from the apartment is great. Finally the location, quiet and only a few hundred metres distance to the beautiful beach of Gerakas is perfect.

Owners were very nice and helpful, apartment is cleaned every day by very nice lady. It’s very close to the beach and they also provide beach umbrella which was very helpful as well. We stayed in two bedroom apartment and air conditioning works great! Although in one room it was pretty loud, but fortunately it didn’t bother my friend at all as long as it’s working:) In my room it was quiet and because of also very comfortable bed I had a great sleep there:) Owners even left for us some food and water as we arrived late at night - we very much appreciate it:) I recommend this place a lot!

We liked the location a lot and the clenliness of the place. The apartment was being cleaned and bedsheets changed every day. The apartment was only 50-100 metres away from Turtle Beach, with three tavernas and a convenience store next to it. We rented a car and so all the beautiful beaches in the vicinity were accessible. Our favourite beach was Dafni beach.

Extraordinary owner, super clean and superb property. The property is also super close to the beach, turtle center and restaurants.
