“Wonderful place”

We had a wonderful stay in the property. It is located 200 meters from the beautiful Agios Nikolaos beach in a calm area of Vassilikos. The hosts are very kind! There are two nice taverns close to the villa.

“A lovely place”

We had a very nice stay at Artemis. We loved the location. There are Some very ncie beaches nearby in close Walking distance. As are shops and restaurants. We were there at the end of the season. It was more quiet, but still cosy. The owner and his wife are very sweet. They brought Some fresh baked pastry and made sure we had everything we needed. There Son is very attentive in helping you with questions About the island, places to go etc. The house was fine for us. Nice outdoor garden with, to our kids joy, little kittens. They played a lot outside. It was a very nice stay and we Will come back! (Thank you very much, Artemis)

“A PLACE TO RETURN! Everything was great”

5 min walk of one of the most beautiful beach's I ever been, soft sand and clear water. Shops and restaurants also at a short walk (5 min or less) including bus stop

“Hospitality”

The hospitality of the hosts, Rula and Dionysos, is outstanding. During gravel biking I had serious problems with my electric bike. The road was very bad and I had to leave it up in mountainous area. Dionysos helped me to get it down with his own car and a small trailer. It took hours. He did it all free of charge! "A person who lives in my house, is my friend", is what he said.

We had the Ground Floor apartment which was very pleasant from temperature point of view: very little need for the AC. Comfortable beds and the bathroom was redone and spacious. 3 minute walk is a supermarket, tavern and beach. Also for a 5-10 minute drive you can find other nice beaches and taverns.

The host was very friendly and helpful.he even carried my heavy suitcase by himself all the way to the room.It is very quiet and peaceful.

This is exactly how I imagine Greek properties to be. Don’t come here expecting modern and you will love it. It is clean, tidy and spacious. The outside area is beautiful! Embrace the geckos and then chickens running free and you will fit in fine! Lovely location close to the beaches and easily accessible to a few tavernas and a walkable distance to others.

Services is very friendly and helpful. Miss Rula was so kind and nice to us all the time. Rooms are clean and the beach is really nearby. Highly recommend!!!

“Nice place to relax”

Place run by a very very nice family. Located in a quiet area within easy reach of 3 beaches in a short walking distance. Lots of watersports varieties available at Banana & St. Nicolas. Clean room with a very good a/c and fridge. Mesala taverna near by with home made food is a must.

An excellent place for a relax holiday. We choosed it cos' of a closed beach called Agios Nikolaos Beach, Zakynthos and for that Artemis Vassilikos had perfect apartmants, rooms, villas etc. with the needed facilities. Walking distance from the beach, family tavernas, grocery store etc. Owners extremely kind and helpful! We can just recommend it 5 * if we have chance to go back to Zakynthos we definitely choose again Artemis Vassilikos for our next stay and spend everyday at Agios Nikolaos beach!

“Cozy apartment near the beach”

Dionisis and his wife are super kind hosts ! They welcomed us with a smile and were super accommodating. The room was nice, nothing fancy but very comfortable. I would definitely go back next year. Beds are super comfy, the balconies are cute and provide a great place to hang towels and bathing suits to dry. There are amazing beaches at a stone’s throw. Awesome location.

Loved the location. It was our second time staying here - this time a different room. The warm hospitality and welcome is the standout - and their attention to detail and cleanliness. Nice big kitchen area and outdoor patio. Good wifi compared to other tourist areas of Zakynthos.

“Perfect location for a family vacation”

What we most liked about the place was the amazing mediterranean, Greek atmosphere of the whole property. Beautiful garden with most colorful flowers. Very friendly hosts and amazing location to the most spectacular beaches, all suitable especially for families with children.
