I never leave reviews, but this one is a must! Nikoletta the proprietary is an INCREDIBLE person! She is lovely and always willing to help, a big thank you to Nikoletta for everything! Beautiful heart! The sea view is stunning and the sunrise from my balcony was unbelievable! The room is really spacious and SUPER clean! Towels have a very fresh and great smell. Even the aircon air had a very nice great smell when I turned it on. My staying was PERFECT and I definitely recommend!

You need a car to visit any restauraunts as there are none nearby within walking distance lucky Porto Azzurro taverna was open Porto Zorro beach bar was closed and very run down

This location is truly amazing — quiet, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. From the patio, you can enjoy lovely views of the garden and the seaside, and you can even hear the sound of the sea. There are sun beds and umbrellas in the garden where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine peacefully. The host is a lovely lady — always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. She even gave us a small gift when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh bed sheets and towels provided daily. This side of the island has great beaches, wonderful restaurants, and charming little shops nearby. I would definitely recommend renting a car, as it makes getting around much easier and it’s not expensive.

The granny is super good, very friendly and kind. The accomadation is comfortable, I was gotten up through birds and roosters. It reminded me of my childhood. Very beautiful courtyard. Trust mex come here for relax.

The property is lovely very traditional and quiet with a lovely view in both directions the garden to the back and amazing views and lovely balcony lovely crisp bedding The bed was very confortable four lovely pillows and I was upgraded to a two bed apartment for the views The kitchen was great , lovely bathroom and the people there are so lovely and friendly and helpful you can walk down to the beach to Porto azzurro which is also lovely The views to the mountain are stunning and the sun sets there and the sea views are stunnng

“ARPYIA- BEST PLACE IN ZAKYNTOS”

For those looking for accommodation in this area, stop by, because you have found the best one. It is 3-5 minutes from Porto Azzuro beach, probably one of the most chic beaches on the island. The host, Mrs. Nicoleta is a special woman, very nice who is always attentive to making you feel good. We even had daily cleaning, in the kitchen you will find everything you need, and also we had a dreamy view from the balcony, from where you could see the sunrise. In short: book and you will not regret it!

This stay was absolutely perfect! Could not recommend it more. The location was amazing, quiet, peaceful, and a walk from the beach, with amazing ocean views.

Amazing location. Simple but perfect accomodation.

The apartment is located in a key area, being near the most beautiful beaches and only 5 minutes by walk to Porto Azzurro. The surrounding is calm and the view on the sea from our terrace was the cherry on top to make our stay unforgettable. The host was welcoming and available to satisfy our requests. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and its location, along with a wide parking area.

Such a beautiful place, lots of nature, serenity, direct view to the sea, very very clean, very close to the sea as well, just a 5 min easy walk. I even could see the sunrise from the comfort of my balcony. The host, Nikoletta, is a wonderful kind woman, very welcoming, hardworking and has put a great deal of good energy to the place. I am definitely recommending to all my friends and really really hope I can come back one day. I never thought the place would be above expectations in reality. The photos cannot comprise how magical this place really is and how wonderful it is for the heart.

Everything was just perfect! The room was cleaned every day, view from the balcony is just like on the photos and everything is well equipped. Beach is close to the apartment - I do recommend to everybody

Perfect. Very quiet place. You can only hear birds and waves from the sea. View from the balcony is amazing with the nice garden and seaview. Wifi is fast. Only 17 min to Zakynthos city by car. 5 min to the beach walking distance. Rooms are big, clean and tastefully decorated. Nikoletta is a very good host. Thanks for the good time we had at your place

“Very convenient location at a good pric”

Very nice place close to the beach. Ideal for a little swim before the breakfast. In october the beach was empty and we still had a sea water at 24 degrees and air temperature at 27. Nearby you find everything you need : mini markets, nice restaurants, gaz station. Also easy access to the south and the other side of that branch of the island.

“A hidden gem”

Quiet, remote place, with beautiful views and close to the beach (max 5 min). Comfortable beds, separate bathrooms and entrances. The bathroom is a bit old style, but it did not bother us at all. The hosts are extremely nice people, ready to help in any way possible. Thank you for everything truly!
