Super cosy in the middle of the countryside. Perfect to stay here to go rafting with the nearby Viking rafting lvl4 tour. The view from the kitchen makes you wish you lived there. Good well equipped kitchen

“Wonderful farm guesthouse with friendly hosts”

Very friendly people, relaxed atmosphere, breakfast with freshly made pancakes, wonderful hottub with view on the valley. It is also fun and cozy to with all dogs, sheep and horses around.

We were very welcome by hosting family. We enjoyed breakfast and overall equipment of an room and shared kitchen.

Rustic setting inside and outside the house. Nice getaway from the traditional city based stays. Clean and convenient kitchen. Whitewater rafting is available very close by and you can go on a stroll on the farm itself in the beautiful valley. Picture of room and kitchen attached (at the time of check out).

Such a fabulous beautiful isolated location, wonderful hosts, kind and generous. Perfect location for Viking rafting too. Highly recommend a couple of nights here for some peaceful bliss. Comfy beds, good sized room

Very easy to find and very comfortable accommodation on a real working farm. Upon arriving the host greeted me and was very welcoming and also showed me a freezer full of meat from the farm I could buy if I wanted. Reykjafoss waterfall is only 10-15mins drive away and the valley is beautiful. Mountains to the North are incredibly beautiful and there are horses everywhere. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hosts and great breakfast. Basic but adequate room, and very quiet even though all the rooms were occupied. The location is great and I loved the hike up to the waterfalls. And the lambs were very cute!

The best accommodation in Iceland. Great host, nice conversation, hostess answered all our questions about the north of the island.

Everything was Great. Best place ever.

The host was a great communicator and even though we booked this knowing it was a shared bathroom turned out we had place to ourselves and host kindly upgraded us to the larger family room. Loved the heated flooring during winter time. Host also kindly pointed out when the northern lights were out which we otherwise would have missed.

Incredibly kind owners, nice rooms. We were able to get an excellent dinner after a long day of driving. The breakfast was also top notch. If you want a more personal experience, this is the place. My daughter loved it because she could feed the lambs of the farm.

The hosts were incredibly kind. I very much enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, friendly, kitchen facilities, had animals we didn’t get too meet . We had a tight schedule. Hiked up the volcano . Lovely people eydis and husband rescued us with diesel as hire car petrol gauge was not working. Recommend staying with such a nice couple ..

Our host Eydis was so so kind and nice. Thank you for the homemade bread and the nice chat. The beds were very comfortable, everything clean. We can highly recommend this guesthouse!
