The balcony on the first floor is a nice place to relax. Also the owner arranges for the conveyance and also gives suggestions about places to eat.

“No common washroom and parking area for drivers”

Good property near to varkala beach, peaceful Location. If you are coming with a driver be sure that in this property we don't have parking and a common washroom for the driver. So the driver cannot stay inside the property. Same happened with me, was shocked !!! ☢️ In koch if basic facilities are not present in for drivers in homestay (like common washroom and parking ) then we have to give money from our pocket.

“Pleasant stay in Villa mandala”

The staff were very friendly and welcoming! The room was good with AC and a pleasant stay I would say. The rooms are just like the pictures posted. The beach is just 1.5kms from the stay and would be easy if you had a rental vehicle.

The stay with Kim and his family was exceptional. They were very accommodating towards all our requirements. Sujatha aunty was such a pillar of support for us. Mini and Asha ensure that every room is spic and span. Rest assured, one can expect top-notch hospitality from Kim and his team. We are definitely staying here on our next visit.

This was a clean, spacious property 15 mins walk from Varkala cliff. The staff were friendly and even gave us a ride to the station to collect train tickets. The breakfast was tasty. Good AC.

“Lovely Stay. Great Host. Amazing Place!”

The host, Kim, was very helpful, friendly, and always on hand. He helped us arrange scooter hire which I highly recommend to make getting to and from everything/the beaches much easier. We had some lovely breakfasts both mornings (one continental and one south Indian). Air cons in the rooms were good and the beds were comfortable. All you need for a place to eat breakfast, freshen up and sleep! Also, lovely first floor outdoor terrace to relax on as a group!

“Varkala Paradise”

The most wonderful place to stay. We chose Villa Mandala Guest house because of the promise of the peaceful location, the attention to detail and the importance of environmental and ethical travel the resort commit to, and the experience did not disappoint, in fact it was better in real life. The villas are spacious, beautifully crafted, feel authentic, private and at one with the surroundings. The Breakfast at the Villa was delicious and varied, same with the drinks served. The staff could not do enough for us, and the range of activities allowed us to do as much or as little as we wanted to in terms of experiencing the area. We took a private Cab trip for the day, and it was he most magic way to see some incredible sight, but done at our own pace. We also had a cooking class which was great fun. We will definitely visit again, and the memories of our visit will always be a highlight for us. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

The rooms will appear to be smaller when you first get it, but once settled in, it’s spacious enough and the beds are super comfy and cozy. Also, the breakfast area on the balcony is a pretty good idea, making the whole experience even more better.

The place was super clean. The hospitality shown by the staffs were exceptional. We loved our 3 nights peaceful and calm stay here. Breakfast served here was very good too.

Our stay was wonderful! Matthew helped us a lot with everything. He even helped us with bookings for Kayaking and Jatayu. Breakfast was amazing. The guest was left to us for 4 days. Everything overall was awesome! Lovely stay and lovely staff. Would love to come back for sure.
