Beautiful location, peaceful vibes, and the perfect private getaway! The beach being just a short walk away was truly the highlight — morning and evening strolls felt magical. A special mention to Sajid sir and his incredible team — they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From personally suggesting the best nearby spots, arranging an auto for us, to helping us hire a bike — they ensured everything was seamless. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. We felt completely safe and well looked after, especially as women travelers, which meant so much. Everything you need is just about 10 minutes away, yet the property feels calm and tucked away from the noise. An absolutely wonderful and peaceful stay. Loved how friendly and helpful the staff was to us from day 1. Also the stay is very clean and well maintained with beach accessible directly from the stay.

“Fantastic beach hotel”

The rooms were large, comfortable bed, lots of hot water and we had our own private terrace. Staff were first class, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were 2 mins walk to the beach in Odayam. Restaurants were in 5 minutes walk or 20 mins along the beach to Varkala cliff with shops and choice of restaurants.

The location. The odayam beach is just a few steps away from these villa rooms.

The place is a gem, situated 2 minutes walk from the beach. Sajid is very hospitable and took care of us during our stay. The staff Zizou and Vishnu also go the extra mile to accommodate all your needs - I am definitely coming back to this one.

nicely situated at a bit quieter side of Varkala beach. Main sights/town are walking distance away (10 mins or so) beach was relatively clean and there was someone available from whom you could rent a parasol, which was nice.

Beautiful, very clean friendly staff and cool manager. The room was excellent huge comfy bed. Lovely private location but right next to the fab beach. Loved it.

Near to the beach. Staffs are GOOD. Auto/car can come very easily for local tour. Nice garden. Edli was excellent. We extended our stay there. Anyone can visit the cliff by auto or by walking through the beach. After a tiring day, it's an appropriate place for relaxing. They have a nice garden. Online food APP or near by restaurant can serve food there.

Really nice place with good hospitality

“Remote, close to nature, peaceful.”

Ohh... where do I start. The rooms are just awesome! It has a semi private balcony that opens up to a 100m (approx) away beach. Oddayam beach is walkable. The caretaker is so helpful. He asked about our plan and suggested a few additional places to visit. Since I had a language problem, he has always helped us. You want a cab, you want an auto, you want a rental bike, you want something from outside, the caretaker has got your back. He gives complete information, expected cost and the cabs always came on time. The property has an open sitting area that gives full-on beach vibes. The remaining staff is so helpful (I forgot to buy banana chips, which is a must for Kerala Trip. The staff volunteered and brought us chips late at night). The staff always handled every request with a smiling face. The main caretaker/owner is very warm and welcoming. The resort is slightly away from the "happening places" like Varkala Cliffs. It is best suited for those who enjoy being remote, close to nature, at almost no crowd places.

Beautiful setting very close to deserted beach. Really helpful manager Saji who was able to get anything we wanted or get things sorted, taxis etc... Room big and spacious very clean with lovely balcony to watch the sea, sunsets and fruit Bats from..

For the price it offers nice clean optimum sized rooms. A private beach is accessible from the property. Overall nice place to stay. There's a cafe near the property where you can eat and spend time by the beach.

“A great place to stay at”

Royal Kazbay Beach Resort is a great place to stay and we were offered one of their newer rooms which was great and looked much better than their existing rooms. The room and bathroom were very clean. We'd opted for the room without breakfast as there are plenty of options closeby. The property isn't exactly a resort but it touches Odayam beach and you can have a great time at the relatively isolated beach. The manager, Mr. Sajid was a wonderful host and helped us out with renting scooters and also arranged an auto for us. The property is located in an area with narrow roads so while smaller cars and scooters can reach the place, bigger cars will have a hard time getting to the property.

“A piece of paradise with the right price tag”

Pretty much alone in a resort just 2min away from a secluded beach. Very helpful owner and his staff always at our disposal. Sunbeds, hammocks and the coconut grove you can forget about the rest of the world.
