I recently stayed at Madhav Mansion Beach Resort for two days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was quite spacious, offering plenty of comfort, and the washroom was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more pleasant. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its excellent location—it’s just a 2-minute walk from Varkala Cliff and the beach much to my liking, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The overall atmosphere of the resort was calm and peaceful, with quiet surroundings that allowed for a truly relaxing stay. Additionally, breakfast was provided, which was a nice and convenient touch. The breakfast was not lavish but basic and local Kerela cuisine was provided, which I liked. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Varkala.

We had a great stay at Madhav Mansion Beach Resort, the Odayam cliff was very near and the city area was also accessible. The caretaker Vijayan was extremely helpful with any and all needs we had. Would recommend this place to anyone who comes to visit Varkala.

Sajeev is the kind of host who genuinely makes a trip memorable, going out of his way to make sure every guest feels taken care of and comfortable. His warmth and attentiveness set this stay apart from anything else in Varkala. The property itself is perfectly located right next to the Odiyama Beach cliff and Mantara Temple at an excellent location.

The staff is very very nice, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. The surroundings are also very nice, with beautiful beaches

I really enjoyed my stay at the Madhav Mansion beach resort. Sajeev and Vijay really treated me like an honoured guest and were very accommodating and friendly from the beginning to the very end of my stay, I am very thankful to them 🙏The location is very nice and calm a bit far from the more touristic side of Varkala. There is a temple nearby and the beach is at a walking distance. You can also find some restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided was very nice homemade traditional South Indian breakfast. The hotel is also equipped with a washing machine which is very helpful for travellers going to multiple places. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel ⭐️

The owner Mr Sajeev Madhavan is very friendly and supportive. He guided me to what to, where to go and also arranged a scooter for me. Thank you Sajeev. Also I have to mention Mr Vijayan the caretaker for all his support. Overall I had very good experience in this stay.

“Good for private space and beach time and cliff view”

10 on 10, stay was walkable close to Odeyum beach cliff. You can have a find a private beach kind of space near the stay by just walking few meters from the cliff. Because of the view I cancelled visiting other beaches and spent more time in the stay. A must visit place in Varkala to enjoy private space avoiding the crowd in the beach

We stayed here for 6 days and it was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect and just a 1 minute walk from Odayam Beach cliff. Both the owner and the caretaker were genuinely great people, very welcoming, and treated us like family. They helped with everything from booking bike/cabs to recommending local food spots and places to visit. The home-cooked Kerala breakfast was authentic and delicious. Highly recommended.
