The property is conveniently located close to the beach, and all three bedrooms had fully functional ACs, making our stay comfortable. The roof was a delightful spot for stargazing at night. Throughout our stay, the owner and caretaker maintained excellent communication. The caretaker, Rajesh, was incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants and arranging autos for us. We were a group of eight, and although the property is listed for six people, they kindly provided an extra mattress to accommodate the additional guests. They also allowed us to store our luggage in the shade after checkout since our train timing didn’t align with the standard check-in/check-out schedule. Overall, the caretaker and owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommended!

“Excellent”
We stayed at this property by booking all the rooms. The host, Sreesankar was really helpful. We asked for some cooking utensils and he immediately purchased those items and provide them without hesitation. Also check in and checkout time was flexible.. we had a wonderful stay here🙏 I will again book this property, if we are coming to Varkala
