“Worst room in varkala”
Nothing I liked in this hotel was the worst experience we ever had. They are not giving the rooms we had booked and collecting extra charges they are even not showing the booking I'd of ours in their app total bad experience at the hotel and full of cheating management. We had booked 3 rooms but they had allocated only one room and collected extra charges for extra room

The hotel as well as staffs were not cooperative at all. We had confirmed booking from OYO, we reached around 2 pm. Manager informed us, no rooms are available as they distribute all the rooms to walk-in-travellers due to higher profit. So they can not give us anymore room. I called OYO people, he picked up, but he told me he can not do anything as the manager is not lifting his phone call. I asked him I am coming from long distance with 3 year kid. So Pease do something. He said SORRY sir. That's it.

This place was a disaster. I booked through booking.com which showed 900+. But they said they don't have partner ship with booking.com and charged me 1500. This much amount for that nasty room

Location , room and facilities all good. But price is the worst. In website it was 800 so i booked room n reached the location. But there is a hidden charges after reaching the location. And overall price is 1500 . 700 is the hidden charges. 1500 for that room i find it bit priceyy. And there is no hot water too. Just 5mins u wl get hot water. After that there is no hot water .
