“Good place to chill and relax”
They have maintained the garden really well, good place to chill out and spend time. House is considerably clean and well maintained. It's cozy and a good place to spend some time with family and friends. Good place to chill but the third bedroom is small.

It was a very beautiful property. Excellent for a group of friends. Right from the moment we entered - we are awestruck by the art, plants and the facilities provided by the stay. The caretaker comes everyday to clean. And responds immediately to all our requests. The surroundings were green. The sound of the birds is soothing and kitchen has everything in it.

Excellent stay. Very close to the cliff. The plants in the villa makes it so serene. Very scenic in and out. Blissful and calm. Nandu was very helpful and communicative. He was an excellent host. Thank you.

The garden of the villa is absolutely stunning and very well maintained, with the caretaker watering the plants on a daily basis.

An aesthetically well done property in a calm locality . The villa was very clean and maintained well with all basic amenities provided. The host and the caretaker were very friendly and were available at all times to cater to our needs.

The ambience and the whole vibe of the place. The housekeeper arranged us a thorough barbecue set up, marinated the food for us. The owner was also very kind and helped with picking us and dropping back to the station, something not most ppl would do. 10/10 totally recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful vacation with total privacy.

“A calm and ambient place, unlike any other in Varkala!!!”
A last-minute booking lead to this place, and that was the best decided ever!! Never expected it to be this amazing! It's well-maintained, spacious, and clean. It's ideal for group(4-5) bookings. I got it for the best rate (thanks to Booking.com)! It was a wonderful house that evoked our mood the minute of arrival. the ambiance is just great with lots of plants, a small aquarium, books, and art pieces. Should have a swing in the lawn area for families! Also on request fridge will be loaded!!! Definitely visiting again with friends!
