I like the location and I particularly like the staff. They looked after me very well. The breakfast was also excellent.

All perfect. Bar open all time. Breakfast amazing. And there is a pool now.

Great location and good facilities. The hotel was very clean, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a simple but good restaurant on site. The reception staff and personnel were very kind and welcoming.

A modern hotel with an attractive exterior design. It is convenient that you can drive directly to each room. There is EV charging available, although connecting requires using a somewhat complicated app.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious with plenty of variety and great quality . The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

Comfortable, clean rooms and good breakfast. Good location for visiting region. Pool is lovely and the lobby is very airy and light for relaxing. Very child friendly.

An amazing location – this is our third time in the region and our first time at this hotel, and I can honestly say it is by far the best choice. The room, the garden, the location, the hotel lobby, and the view are all superb. Breakfast was very good. The staff were outstanding. There is a huge parking area. I find it an ideal place both for a romantic getaway and for hosting a business event. We will definitely return in May, we liked it that much. Everything is within easy reach: 30 minutes to Laveno, 17 minutes to Sacro Monte di Varese, 50 minutes to Lugano, 50 minutes to Stresa, 45 minutes to Cernobbio. Both the city of Varese and the entire lake area are within easy reach.

Hotel is very beautiful and comfortable to stay, rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good.

I've stayed for just 1 night but I've found everything I was expecting. Spacious parking, 24/7 reception and bar (the staff is very nice and helpful), spacious room with comfy bed and nice shower. The breakfast in the morning is also good with several options (not the most complete I've ever seen, but still appreciated it). Overall, a nice experience.
