We traveled in a group of 105 people , I booked accommodation for 27.06. I paid for the hotel 4 months in advance. Here is the email from the hotel from February 25. Dear Sir, You have already paid 2673.00€ on Booking, there is only 340.00€ left to pay. You can pay it on your arrival date or make a bank transfer. May I ask if you already know at what you should arrive at the hotel ? Kind regards, Pauline A few hours before our group's arrival, they canceled my reservation for 36 rooms!!! Please put yourself in my situation. Of course, booking.com is not blameless here. This whole reservation system is sick. If you are traveling with over 100 people and you pay months in advance, how they can cancel your reservation.!!! In addition, the hotel blames booking.com and booking.com,..... who do you think it blames?
