Overview
Hotel San Nazario is surrounded by the palm trees of Varazze's seaside promenade, just 50 metres from the sandy beach. All rooms offer a private balcony and air conditioning. The San Nazario is next to the new Marina di Varazze tourist harbour, and a 1-minute walk from the train station. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a private bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole property. Breakfast is a varied buffet, including sweet and savoury food, such as freshly baked croissants. The multilingual staff also speak Russian.

“Nice little Italian coastal town. Very good location.”
Very good location, right next to the train station and the city centre. Close to the beach. Super friendly staff. If we come back to Varazze, this is going to be the place we are going to stay :)

“Very good hotel”
The hotel is a really well run local hotel. It is just a street back from the beach. The people running it are really nice. They dropped us to the railway station the morning we left as it was raining.

“Disappointing because of the parking situation”
We booked a room only for a night on our way to Spain. I was happy, because the breakfast was included. Unfortunately the selection of the food was not too wide. No vegetables at all and a lot of sweets were offered. The coffee was excellent. We had a room for 3 persons. It was very small, but clean and the aircondition worked well.

“The staff were very helpful, obliging, friendly and worked hard. We would highly recommend this hotel and their excellen”
It was clean, with excellent facilities. In the centre of town surrounded by restaurants and shops. The beach also was very close.

“Not a bad hotel in a brilliant town.”
This was a reasonable hotel in a great location. Parking was a bit of an issue as the nearest was free parking on a busy street behind the hotel. The staff on in the evening also struggled with their english but we managed to communicate ok. The rooms were alright and the beds comfortable. The rooms were basic and decent enough and the price was ok. Breakfast was also very basic but again ok. The best feature of the hotel was the location. It is a short walk to the beach and lovely shopping area.

Big room with a nice bathroom. Everything was very clean. Good internet access. The hotel is located walking distance (5-10 mins) from the train station - very easy to find. Same time - 5-10 mins from the beach. The hotel staff are all very friendly. Simple, but very good breakfast. In general pleasant stay. This hotel is simple, but has everything you need for a great seaside vacation.
