Good location for the ghats (10 minute walk) but almost impossible to find. Tuktuks can't enter the immediate area and nobody seemed to have heard of the hotel to direct me. Reception staff were generally pleasant and helpful, some restaurant staff need to learn how to smile. Good sized room. Restaurant quite overpriced but some reaonable choices.

Centrally located but access was a problem due to construction going on on the road. All the support extended by the staff in terms of assistance,for Aarthi, boat ride etc.

On my first day in Varanasi, I lost my way with a rickshaw driver. I felt a little worried at first… but the local people guided me kindly and helped me reach my hotel safely. They even waited outside to make sure I was okay. That moment touched my heart. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely polite and well-spoken — from the front desk team to the bellboy and housekeeping, everyone treated me with warmth and respect. As a foreigner, I felt completely safe and welcomed. The temples were all very near to the hotel, which made everything easy and peaceful. Every day felt spiritual and meaningful. I truly enjoyed my stay in Varanasi. It’s not just a place — it’s a feeling that stays in your heart forever. 🤍✨

“Picture of the Hotel on Booking.com is deceptive and so is the name of the Hotel.”
Location is near the kashi Vishwanath Temple and hence had opted for the Hotel. Food served in the restaurant was good.

You have to walk 100mtr with your luggage to reach hotel. Rooms are small and no place to keep your luggage.
